We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including major cities and surrounding areas.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days. Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. What are the shipping charges?
Standard delivery costs 22 AED.
We offer free delivery on orders above 200 AED.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within the UAE. You can pay the courier directly when your order arrives.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
7. Can I return a product?
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
8. Are opened perfumes eligible for return?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged when received.
