Returns Customers may request a return if the product received is: Damaged Incorrect Defective Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be: Unused In original packaging In resellable condition Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume products cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
