We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the conditions listed below.
- Item received is damaged, defective, or broken
- Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Item missing from the package
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Change of Mind – Not Accepted
Change of mind returns are strictly not accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:
- No longer wanting the product after delivery
- Ordered by mistake
- Did not like the fragrance, color, or design
- Found a better price elsewhere
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear images or video showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
- A brief explanation of the problem
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Approval & Inspection
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
If the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (where applicable)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Change of mind returns
Unsuccessful Delivery / Refused Orders
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address or unreachable customer, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or the refund may be declined.
